Reservations: 1. The minimum to validate your reservation is two nights. 2. The request for a reservation must be sent in writing by the client through the on-line reservations formulary, of this page. 3. The administration will send by faz ou email the confirmation of the reservation 4. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, apartments or main house, and playing football next to the pool is not allowed, neither in the rooms, apartments or main house, so that whoever is resting will not be disturbed. The presence of animals in the property is not allowed. Reception and services schedules: Please take note of the following important information: CHECK IN: 2H00p.m. – 8H00p.m. BREAKFAST: 09H30a.m. – 10H30a.m. SWIMMING POOL: 09H00a.m. - 8H00p.m. CHECK OUT: Before noon of the day of departure Payments: To confirm your reservation it is necessary to make a down-payment, that corresponds to 30% of the total of the reservation. The payment must be made via wire transfer or a check up to 3 working days after the reception of the availability of the reservation. If the down-payment is not made within the dead line the confirmation of the reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations: 1. If there arises the need to cancel the reservation this should be done by email or fax up to 7 days before the check-in. The total amount of the down-payment will be returned, with all the expenses supported by the client. 2. After this deadline expires, the total of the down-payment is lost, and will not be returned.
